2. SERVICES Offered
Magic City Stress Relief Center, LLC provides stress relief and wellness services, including biofeedback sessions and related offerings. All services require an appointment. Some services may be offered in packages at a discounted rate.
3. USER ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use our site and services. Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete all required forms and consent to sessions.
4. Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
Payment is due at the time of booking or service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged for the session.
If you purchase a package of services and request a refund after using some sessions, you will be charged the full regular (non-discounted) price for services received. Any remaining balance (after this calculation) will be refunded to you.
No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
We reserve the right to update our refund and cancellation policy at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting.
5. Testimonials and Media Release
With your written or electronic consent, you grant Magic City Stress Relief Center, LLC the right to use your testimonials, reviews, photos, videos, or other media featuring your likeness, statements, or results for marketing and promotional purposes.
